THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). See attached RFQ template. The 30th Contracting Squadron at Vandenberg SFB seeks to purchase purchase A large printer/cutter in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics dt. 28 Jun 23. This requirement is needed to meet the 532nd meeting mission needs at Vandenberg SFB , CA . The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 334118 Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 1000 employees. Delivery of purchase will be rendered within 90 days of award contract. Please note that telephone calls and faxed responses will not be accepted. Please also note that all potential offerors Interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. This RFP is to be issued from 24 Jul 2023 through 22 Aug 23 1:00 PM, PST. Evaluation Factors for this requirement is the lowest price technical acceptable, Delivery and Warranty. All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with FAR 52.204-99, System for Award Management (Deviation), is mandatory. Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. All quotes should be good through 23 October 2023 at 1:00 PM.
