Description



    1. The Government is seeking a minimum of 2100 to a maximum of 2300 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building as described below:

      Warehouse/Industrial Space- Approximately 2,200 ABOA SF


    2. The Space must be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO). If not a new Building, the Space offered must be in a Building that has undergone, or will be completed by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. The offeror must submit the architectural plans for modernization as part of the offer..

    3. The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows:





          • N- At the point of beginning Vista Del Mar at Culver Blvd.

          • E- Travel Northeast on Culver Blvd to W Jefferson Blvd. Continue W. Jefferson to I-405.

          • S- Travel South on I-405 to W Florence Ave. Continue onto E Florence Ave to S Prairie St. Travel Southbound on S Prairie St/Prairie St to Rosecrans Avenue.

          • W- Travel Westbound on Rosecrans Avenue to Vista Del Mar. Continue on Vista Del Mar to the point at the beginning.

          • Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.
