This is a sole source notice to Award to L3 for USCG Spec radios, portable XG-75, 378-470MHZ with USCG Spec. HYDRA radio system is sole source due to restrictions in programming. L3 Harris is the only provider for HYDRA radios allowed to work on USCGC Munro. Programming is propritary information.
