***Amendment 0001 is being issued to incorporate provision, FAR 52.204-29 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain

Security Act Orders-Representation and Disclosures, and to incorporate clause, FAR 52.204-30 Federal Acquisition

Supply Chain Security Act Orders-Prohibition. Also, see attachment for vendor asked questions and their

respective answers. Finally, the pictures originally posted are removed from the solicitation due to discrepancies

between the images and required specs.***



This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is being issued to establish a Fixed Price contract for the purchase and monthly delivery of heat-treated wooden pallets to DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA. See SP3300-24-Q-0036 and the attached Statement of Work and images for more details. Please complete the Schedule of Supplies within the CSS and include it with your quote.
