All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, April 18th, 2023.





An organized site visit will be held on Thursday April 13th, 2023, 8:30 AM PST. See page 23 for details.





In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
