The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), College Park Regional Office, Enroute Construction, has a new construction effort to replace Air Handling Units (AHU) 4 and 5 in room 110A at the Los Angeles (ZLA) Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Palmdale, CA.

This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238290, size standard of $22 million.

The Request for Offer (RFO), including FAA Specifications, Drawings and DOL Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional.

SITE VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled for Monday, January 8, 2024, at 9:00 am Pacific Time.

Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site.

All contractors must register with a list of attendees (First and Last Name; Company) by 2:00 EST Friday, January 5, 2024, to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility.
