LCLS-II-HE Penetration HPRF Installation. The procurement is being competed. All proposals received will be evaluated on a “Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. LPTA is commonly used for competitive solicitations where non-price factors may be evaluated on an “acceptable”, “non-acceptable”, basis with no measurable value in selecting one acceptable offer over another. The lowest price offer among the “acceptable” proposals is used to select the winning proposal.

Your proposal must be received no later than April 19, 2024 @ 5:00pm PST and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions must be provided with electronic files in PDF format. Please carefully review attached SLAC RFP 334875 for further details and instructions.
