The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego, Contracting Department intends to solicit Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) utilizing procedures under FAR Parts 12, 15 and 16.5.
This requirement is for the procurement of manufactured HABITABILITY furnishings and its installation in order to upgrade the interior design of various habitability spaces aboard US Naval ships. Supplies shall be required at the following locations:
-Pacific based ships, 32nd Street Naval Base, San Diego, CA 92136
The ordering period will be for one base year with four one year options.
The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332322 with a size standard of 500 employees.
This procurement will be released as a total small business set-aside.
The complete solicitation will be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities website, https://www.sam.gov, or the NECO website, https://www.neco.navy.mil.
Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
