Description

USCGC Polar Star is requesting the transportation and delivery of 1,800 gallons of Mobil DTE 10-32 to Mare Island Dry Dock in Vallejo, CA.



Hydraulic oil would have to meet the technical specifications listed below:



Hydraulic oil of ISO viscosity grade 32, meeting ASTM 4304 Rev A Type III, with the additional requirement of Demulsibility, @ 54 °C, time to 3ml emulsion, per ASTM D1401, 10 minutes or less.

Delivery would be made via truck utilizing a 50-100 Foot 2 Inch camlock hose. An Over The Water Certificate will be made available upon vendor determination.



Determiniation will be made via LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable).
