REQUEST FOR INFORMATION QUESTIONS

1. For Delivery information.
Answer: Construction PPE & masks required entering hospital buildings. Box truck with lift gate required to our Building 7 loading dock. We ask everyone to be respectful to other deliveries as we are working with limited loading dock bays. Delivery personnel to arrange pallet jack(s) for unloading.
2. Final installation location is around the corner of Building 7 loading dock.

Answer: No stairs or elevator along the delivery path.

3. For installers driving in with their own cars: Construction PPE & masks required.

Answer: Please park ONLY at Parking Lot C through Parking Lot I. After parking, head to Police Station for day badge. Driver s license required. Name(s) of installers required before for coordination.

4. Can you please ask if they are interested in a powered conveyor of the same exact dimensions with the same characteristics? We can build the non-powered one as well. We would not be reselling an item but building it inside our facility in the US.Â
Answer: The kitchen is newly renovated with electrical built to kitchen consultant s specifications. We do not have additional electrical to support a powered conveyor system. Please quote non-powered version.

5. Does the conveyor need to be Food Grade?
Answer: Due to final location of the system, NSF listed grade required.

6. Will standard stainless-steel conveyor be acceptable?

Answer: Yes, if the system is UL & NSF listed, 16-gauge, and parts are field-replaceable.
