Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Automated Urinalysis and Microscopy Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) for the VA Northern California Health Care System located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. The Government intends on awarding a Firm Fixed Price single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five years. THIS RFQ SHALL BE FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED TO ALL BUSINESSES.
The instrument shall have random access capability (if discrete testing is required) and be able to simultaneously perform the complete profile as described in the Statement of Work and meet the performance characteristics for accuracy and precision as defined by the 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA). The instrument also must be approved by The Food and Drugs Administration (FDA).
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 334516, Analysis Instruments, Medical Laboratory Use, size standard 1,000 employees.
The estimated maximum dollar value for the proposed contract is $3.5 million. The government makes no representation as to the number of task orders or actual amount of work to be ordered; however, during the term of the contract, a minimum of $1,000 is guaranteed for the awardee. There are no additional minimum guarantees.
The solicitation will be available on or about November 28, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about December 09, 2022 with responses due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov.
