The fuel will be dispensed into (1) M970 tank trailer

-The delivery truck needs to be able to conduct a truck to truck transfer. -The delivery truck needs to be able to attach to the 4" male and female camlock style fittings. -The delivery truck also needs to bring fuel testing papers to show the grade, API, temp and what levels of additives are in it, if applicable. -Drivers are required to have; valid driver’s license, delivery paperwork, registration and insurance. -digital signature cannot be applied. a quantity in excess of the allowable variation ceiling (reference FAR 52.211-16 Variation in

Quantity (Apr1984)), the Government reserves the right to return the excess quantity the

Contractor’s expense"
