Description

Amendment 0001: This requirement has been amended to include specific quanitites of sunshades for both the Youth Center and CDC. Please see the below verbiage:



1. Purpose: Replace 4 outer (sail type) sunshades and address rust on poles on Youth Center

playground and replace 14 (sail type) sunshades on Child Development Center playgrounds.

Umbrellas and shade structures on frames are not included in this project.



Please see the revised attached SON from 12 September. This document also has visual aid.
