The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (Corona Divison) intends to sole source Magnetic Intrinsic Calibration Systems to Stiltmart Learning Management Systems (SLMS). This requirement is a follow-on to N6426718C0007, where SLMS conducted R&D in order to create the Magnetic Intrinsic Calibration Systems. The proposed requirement will continue the R&D efforts. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1; notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information form potential responsible sources that have the interest and capability to fulfill the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 541713.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
