This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13.5.

The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide AR dry fire – Shooter Performance System Training Equipment for Weapons and Field Training Battalion, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton.

The resulting one-time buy supply contract is expected to be awarded Friday, December 1st, 2023. Delivery of this order will be preferred to be received no later than Tuesday, January 30th, 2024.

The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

Set-aside status: Total 100% Small Business Set-aside

The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 332994 (Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

  • Must be rechargeable with a battery life of no less than 8 hours on a full charge.
  
  
  
  

• Tablet Protective Case o durable enough to protect tablet in the event of a fall from a height of greater than 4 feet, usable in bright conditions for visibility, and be waterproof.

Note: No less than a 1 year warranty and must cover repair or replacement for normal wear and tear on the Performance Shooting System, the Tablet, and the Case.
