Description

The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), 834th Transportation Battalion, Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) owns approximately 43 miles of railroad track within the installation complex and operate five locomotives. The Contractor shall provide Rail Operating Crews (ROC) and supplemental locomotives as needed to sustain rail capabilities within the terminal in support of missions, contingency, and surge operations. The main objective of this contract is to leverage rail industry capabilities in support of the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE).
