blished in 1973, cedar house offers a variety of structured treatment options for drug and alcohol addiction and support services. the programs blend a multi-disciplinary therapeutic approach with self help principles. treatment is personal, confidential and individualized, taking into consideration the unique needs and characteristics of each program participant. supporting the structured treatment programs are ancillary services which assist in the transition toward an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle. these include: family and marriage counseling, intervention and relapse prevention groups, aftercare sessions, referral services for community assistance, vocational training, and transitional sober living housing. in addition, back-to-work consultations with employers and weekly family groups are available. nightly aa, na and ca meetings open to the community are provided to support continued sobriety.
