Cosumnes Community Services District (“District”) is inviting bids for the renovation of an existing park in Elk Grove, CA.

Improvements include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of a park, including but not limited to the following: clearing, grubbing, demolition, removal of existing equipment, grading, import soil, irrigation, planting, and electrical work. The scope also includes installation of: concrete flatwork, curbs, decomposed granite, site furnishings, a shade structure, half basketball court, play equipment, fitness equipment, wood fiber, and other appurtenances, as required for a complete project.
