The City of Redwood City invites you to submit a quotation to furnish telecommunications equipment. This Request for Quotation includes the following sections:
Group 1: Tait UHF Base Station Radio Equipment
Group 2: Zetron Dispatch Console Equipment
Group 3: Miscellaneous Radio Equipment
Bidders are encouraged to propose equipment for one or more sections of this RFQ. The City may split its purchase among multiple bidders by group. Installation services are not to be proposed.
DATE DUE: Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM
QUESTIONS: Call Lt. Josh Chilton at (650) 780-7152 for questions regarding the proposal process, or call Daryl Jones at (650) 590-1801 for questions regarding the specifications and/or requirements.
REPLY FORMAT: The entire proposal form, including all attachments, must be returned by the due date to the above address. You are free to organize your proposal as you wish, so long as it includes the requested information, including all the forms contained in this RFQ. Vendors are required to clearly identify any limitations or exceptions to the requirements defined in this RFQ.
