REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Department, Purchasing Division until January 13, 2023 at or before 4:00 p.m. local time, for performing all work necessary and incidental to:
Providing parks and recreation planning services in accordance with the RFP.
Proposers must register with the City’s Purchasing Division no later than January 6, 2023 to be eligible to submit a proposal. To register, email Liz Smith, Purchasing Analyst at purchasing@moorparkca.gov

and provide your name, your company’s name, address, and telephone number. Please be sure to include the bid title in the subject line of your email. Ms. Smith will acknowledge receipt of your registration, but you may also confirm receipt after 24 hours of your registration by calling Ms. Smith at (805) 517-6219.
The City will use this information to notify you of any addenda to these documents. Without this information, the City has no way of identifying who may have outdated or incomplete copies. It is the prospective vendor’s responsibility to ensure the most complete and current versions of the documents are obtained, including any addenda.
Proposal Submittal: Proposals may be submitted in either electronic (preferred) or physical (hard copy) format:
Electronic Format: Email proposal in PDF format to the City’s RFP administrator, Liz Smith at purchasing@moorparkca.gov

Physical Format: Mail or deliver one (1) hard copy of your proposal to: City of Moorpark, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA 93021, Attn: Liz Smith, Purchasing Analyst. Submit Proposal in a sealed envelope marked “PROPOSAL – PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN UPDATE”.
Proposals received after the submittal deadline will not be considered.
