This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to identify qualified Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) service providers.

The purpose of the RFP is to identify qualified PEI providers and fund those that meet the most MHSA and stakeholder driven goals.

Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal: one (1) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on flash drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. MH-080-22”, and delivered by 5:00 p.m. January 27, 2023 to:

Late or facsimile proposal will not be accepted. It is the proposer's responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.
