This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino, on behalf of the
Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC), to solicit proposals from qualified
entities and individuals to serve as the Coordinated Entry System Administrator.

The purpose of the RFP is to retain a Contractor or Vendor to act as the Coordinated Entry System
Administrator who will be responsible for oversight of data entry into the
Coordinated Entry Data System.

Vendors must submit three (3) copies of their proposal: two (2) complete paper copies with original
Vendor signature, and one (1) complete digital copy on CD and/or Flash Drive. The proposal must be
formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached
but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.
Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP
No. RFP 021-22”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. November 14, 2022 to:
