Description: The San Francisco International Airport is seeking qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities to provide proposals for Project Management Support Services (PMSS) on an as-needed basis for public work improvement projects at the Airport. The Airport anticipates awarding three professional service contracts (Contract No. 11800.50, Contract No. 11800.51, and Contract No. 11800.52) for PMSS. Each contractor shall provide PMSS as requested by the Airport, which may include program, project, and construction management, including quality assurance oversight, building code compliance oversight, safety oversight, design and constructability reviews, project controls, scheduling, time impact evaluations, budgeting, estimating, document control and preparation of progress reports.
