Chino Hills Parkway Pavement Rehabilitation Project
The following is a summary only and does not replace the full RFP.
Background:
The City of Chino Hills has a CIP project to rehabilitate the pavement of Chino Hills Parkway from Carbon Canyon Road to the West City limit and from SR-71 to South Monte Vista Avenue (North half in City of Chino). The roadway has started to deteriorate and requires road improvements. As required, the ADA ramps shall be replaced to meet current ADA standards. Work included will be raising/adjusting sewer and storm drain manholes and water valve cans/covers. Other utilities shall be checked for vault adjustments as needed. Traffic signals detection loops where already present will be changed to video detection. Iteris video detection is used by the City.

The submittal package shall include: three (3) copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal" and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Please review this agreement and provide the City with a written statement of your firm's willingness to accept the terms of the agreement. Please specifically identify each and every term of the agreement which your firm is unwilling to accept and the reason therefore.
