Description:

This is an Informal Construction Bid.

The City of Chino Hills is accepting bids for “Crossroads Park Playground Equipment Installation” at Crossroads Park located at 2756 Chino Hills Parkway, Chino Hills, CA 91709. The project shall be constructed in conformance with the 2021 Standards for Public Works Construction and the attached specifications. In submitting a Bid, the contractor agrees to all terms of the attached sample contract and shall enter into an agreement with the City prior to commencement of work.

Detailed information on the project is included in the attached scope of work.

Qualifications:
The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractor’s License at the time of the Bid submittal. The Contractor shall also be currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
Special Requirements:
The Contractor shall obtain a City business license, insurances and bonds as required by the contract.
