Bids will be scored and will be awarded to the responsible Bidder(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the program, with price and other factors considered. Costs will be reimbursed on a per meal to be served under this contract must meet the SFSP requirements stated in accordance with all requirements of Title 7 CFR 225 Summer Food Service Program, using the CACFP meal pattern and all related state guidelines and bulletins.
