Scope of Work
NOTE TO OFFERORS: This is a proposed Scope of Work for the services needed to provide and implement an Identity Management System (IDMS) that is the subject of this RFP. Be advised that the Airport reserves the right to modify this scope of work during contract negotiations with the Offeror(s) selected as a result of this RFP process.
A. Project Description
The Airport is in need of a more efficient work flow of Airport issued credentials, supporting documents, and identities. Currently, the Airport has an active ID badge population of over 5,700 badge holders. This ID badge population includes Airport employees, tenants, stakeholders, contractors, local, state, and federal agencies. The Airport does not currently have an IDMS which creates extensive, inefficient manual processes for each phase of the ID badge lifecycle.
B. Minimum Qualifications
The following are criteria for an Offeror to be considered as an eligible candidate to propose on the requested services described in this RFP.
Offeror must meet or exceed the following requirements:
1. At least five (5) years’ of continuous, recent experience in the implementation and/or support of an identity management system that maintains the full lifecycle (interface with renewal, lost/stolen badge, web portal for Authorized Signatories, etc.) of airport credentials and integrates with relevant security systems (CHRC, STA, Livescan).
2. At least five (5) years’ of continuous, recent experience contracting with airports and/or government and public entities within the United States.
