The City of Seaside, California is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform on-call property clean-up services to remove trash, debris and personal property left on public property (and potentially private property) including homeless encampments, alley ways, and other public and/or private property as needed. Items to be removed may be hazardous and/or non-hazardous in nature.
