The City is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide the City with services to update all of the City’s User Fees. The consultant should also be prepared to make recommendations as to opportunities for the implementation of new fees as well as modifications to the City’s current fee structure to reflect best practices and/or current law. The scope of work under this RFP does not include a cost allocation plan.
