Description:
The Department hereby requests Proposals from Proposers interested in entering a
contract for the Clean California Safety Enhancement Project (CC County) through a JOC
Master Agreement. The Project, further defined in Appendix A, is intended to install safety
measures at bridge structures including decorative security fencing and wood chip mulch,
to reduce injuries by deterring individuals from occupying areas within the Safe-Recovery
Zone adjacent to State thoroughfares.
Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 15, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 p.m., Pacific Time. Proposers and Small Businesses must register no later than 11:59 p.m. on June 14, 2023, to receive the meeting link and password.
