Electronically Submitted Portable Document File (PDF) Bid Document Packages will be accepted at OCD.bids@parks.ca.gov until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 to provide Lifeguard Boat Maintenance of the Surf Watch Lifeguard vessels as listed below in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. All work shall be complete and ready for use in accordance with the service specifications and contract documentation for stipulated sums which shall
include all applicable expenses.

NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS IT IS PREPARED AND SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS FOR C22925019 ¿ LIFEGUARD BOAT MAINTENANCE.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to review the solicitation in its entirety to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the performance expectations and contracting conditions. Submittal of a Bid indicates that Bidder understands, acknowledges and accepts the performance expectations and contracting conditions contained within the contracting documentation. Bid submission time will be as of the electronic time stamp associated with when the electronic email submission was received. Submissions with attached PDF documents exceeding 10 Megabytes (10MB) in size risk being rejected and can be deemed unresponsive.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM, at 1907 Bayside
Drive, Newport Harbor Patrol, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625. You must sign in no later than 10:00 AM with State
Representative. Late attendees will be disqualified.

At the above time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing services, material, or equipment, or to perform all work required to: Provide the bottom scrubbing, maintenance, zinc and shaft collar replacement, and inspection services for four (4) Surf Watch Lifeguard Rescue vessels. Once a month contractor shall clean, inspect and maintain the bottom of the Surf Watch Lifeguard vessels according to specifications marked Exhibit A, Attachment 1 at 1907 Bayside Drive, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625 and 34571 Golden Lantern St., Dana Point, CA 92629 complete and ready for use in accordance with plans and specifications and such addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date. The anticipated performance period of the contract is May 1, 2023 - April 31, 2026. Additional requirements/information are as follows:
