Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, services taxes, and fees to work collaboratively with the Pipeline Emergency Responders Initiative (PERI) Advisory Committee, as well as stakeholders from local, state, and federal government, professional organizations, members of industry, first responders, and other subject matter experts, to develop and deliver Pipeline Emergency Responder Training
that is aligned with the national program per the United States Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). This will consist of coordinating cadres and facilitating cadre meetings, as well as administrating the training courses throughout the State of California. The contractor
will be responsible for training PERI instructors and determining if they are qualified.
