Description:

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to drill four (4) ground monitoring wells with containerized fluid management system, testing and other miscellaneous work.

Location of Services: Hot Creek Fish Hatchery, 121 Hot Creek Hatchery Rd, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546, Mono County

Mandatory Jobwalk ¿ June 20, 2023 @ 1:00 PM

License Required:        C-57 - Water Well Drilling Contractor or
A - General Engineering Contractor with C-57 - Water Well Drilling

If the Bidding Contractor does not possess the required C-57 Water Well Drilling License, then the Bidding Contractor shall subcontract with a contractor having the said license.  And shall be documented on Attachment 4 of the Bidding Documents.

Estimated Cost:  $120,000.00

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.  DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal).

As of March 1, 2015, Senate Bill 854 requires that ¿No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for projects greater than $25,000.00¿.  Failure to register with DIR or list sub-contractors not registered will render your bid non-responsive.
