Contractor agrees to provide the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) habitat restoration maintenance services, which includes, but is not limited to, all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, and incidentals necessary to kill non-native weeds and remove trash and debris.
The services shall be performed at the Rincon Mitigation Site (hereafter referred to as ¿mitigation site¿) located within the County of San Diego, just south of State Route 76 between 0.3 mile west of Via Monserate and Gird Road.
Refer to the Scope of Work (Exhibit A), within Attachment 9 (Proposed Form of Agreement) for a more complete description of services.

Doug Roberts is the host of the site inspection. Caltrans will open the access gate nearest to the Via Monserate/SR76 location. There is a small area to park off the roadway on the site.
