The Contractor shall disconnect, lift, and reinstall all Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Control System and Refrigerant Piping, and perform HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) Services. The Contractor will be compensated in accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, supervision, inspection, bonds, insurance, transportation, travel, per diem and any other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL), at the Salinas Valley State Prison (SVSP), located at 31625 Highway 101, Soledad, CA 93960.
