The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Division of Rehabilitative
Programs (DRP), Office of Correctional Education (OCE) seeks a qualified Contractor to develop and coordinate Classroom Management and Behavior professional development workshops within CDCR¿s statewide system of prison education programs. The Contractor shall partner with OCE leadership and teaching staff to support and participate in Classroom Management and Behavior professional development workshops, which will include coaching and other instructional strategies designed to improve classroom instruction and inmate student behavior. The Contractor shall also coordinate and facilitate planning meetings to discuss institutional classroom management strategies and improvement needs with OCE staff and institutional teaching and administrative staff.
