Description:

Contractor agrees to provide Caltrans with all labor, tools, and incidentals necessary to propagate
and deliver native grass and sedge/rush sod for the Niesen Wetland Mitigation Parcel, for the
Willits Bypass Mitigation Project, to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The services shall be performed at the Contractor¿s (or subcontractor¿s) nursery site, and shall be
delivered to the Niesen Parcel located at the Willits Mitigation Site. The Niesen Parcel is located
adjacent to Highway 101, at the South-west corner of the Main Street exit, and is identified as
Location 9 on the Willits Mitigation Site Project Map, Attachment A, within the Proposed
Form of Agreement, Attachment 10.
Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as
Attachment 10 for a more complete description of services.
