The Contractor shall perform Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) Services on an ¿as needed¿ basis and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, Institutions/Facilities listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions.
