Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes properly locating the identified AC waterline at each sampling location via Underground Service Alert; provide and implement adequate traffic controls measures; excavate and shore trench to reach each identified AC waterline; log, record, photograph soil conditions at and around each AC waterline; collect a representative soil sample; install line-sized tapping saddle and hot tap the identified AC waterline, collect a full thickness pipe sample, min 1-inch, max 3-inch; and install appropriately sized corp stop sealed with a threaded brass plug. Log each location via GPS, noting depth to top of pipe. Backfill, compact and pave as necessary to restore site to pre-work condition .
