The San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department, hereafter referred to as the County, is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide operational management of the building previously known as Calico Pottery Works (Building No. 40) which must include providing all materials, furnishings and sales/service items and daily operations and maintenance of the concession. Proposals must contain information specific to the concession being applied for. The contract will be with the proposer who is qualified to provide such services under all conditions specified in this Request For Proposal (RFP).
