Placer County is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide full service, comprehensive and professional building maintenance services and repairs to maintain and preserve the Auburn Jail Facility at 2775 Richardson Drive, Auburn, CA 95603, and the South Placer Adult Correctional Facility (SPACF) at 11801 Go for Broke Road, Roseville, CA 95678. Service and repairs are also required to certain appliances at the Juvenile Detention Facility at 11260 B Ave, Auburn CA, 95603. The work involves management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, spare parts, tools, equipment, transportation, scheduling and coordination, all required for effective and economical operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs for these secured facilities. |

A proposer’s meeting has been scheduled for the date and time shown at right, at the South Placer Adult Correctional Facility in Roseville. Interested firms will have an opportunity to ask questions of County staff regarding the scope of services and other requirements outlined in this RFP. A general tour of the facility will follow. Although attendance is not mandatory, interested proposers are highly encouraged to attend. THERE WILL BE NO OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO TOUR THE FACILITIES.
