Napa County is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified consultant to perform a study of user fees charged for services including development applications, permits and other activities deemed necessary. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in March 2023 and will be for a term of one (1) year, with the option for one, one-year extension.
