County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Supportive Services Program (SSP) Services. SSP Services (Case Management, Homemaker, Personal Care, Respite Care, Alzheimer's Day Care Services, and Registry) are collectively designed to assist Clients in avoiding premature or inappropriate institutionalization as well as assist Clients in long-term care institutions who are able to return to their communities within Los Angeles County (excluding the City of Los Angeles). RFPs may be downloaded online beginning on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 (10:00 a.m. PT) at: https://www.lacountyad.org/business
