The County of Fresno (“County”), on behalf of the Department of Internal Services and the Sheriff’s Department, is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide hardware components, emergency response services, and large-scale installation requests to the County’s Identiv-Hirsch Velocity (IHV) access control system. The County intends to execute one master agreement with multiple vendors to maximize the County’s flexibility and effectiveness when utilizing emergency response services. The County does not guarantee that it will utilize the Bidder’s services any guaranteed number of times over the course of the agreement.
