Project Description: The City is requesting environmental remediation and engineering services to plan for the remediation of contamination from a historic skeet shooting use which had been located in the Lower Main Meadow, Pogonip Open Space (501 Golf Club Drive). The project includes finalizing the characterization of contaminated soil, developing remediation and site management plans to clean-up the contamination and control future use of the site, facilitating a community meeting on the clean-up approach and methods, and preparing construction drawings (i.e. site mobilization, grading, erosion control, ecological restoration, and agricultural/farming plans) for permitting
of the clean-up activities and preparation for future uses.
