The Building Maintenance Division has an ongoing need for flooring repairs and installations services. These services are scheduled on an as-needed basis at various locations throughout the City. Projects range in size from small repairs to large flooring replacements. The Contractor and/or their subcontractors must be experienced in the following flooring installations: carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, epoxy, concrete, sports court, wood flooring restoration, vinyl composite tile and luxury vinyl tile products.
