The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for an Active Transportation Plan (ATP). The City is updating its Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plans and combining them into one consolidated Active Transportation Plan (ATP). This plan will provide a vision and action plan for the City to improve safe and convenient active transportation travel for all ages and abilities in Roseville. Top goals of this plan are to provide connectivity to existing bike lanes and trails, produce a plan that will aid in receiving grant funding, and increase the number of persons who walk or bicycle in Roseville for transportation to work, school, errands and recreation purposes. This plan will document what walking and biking is like now in Roseville, reasons for improvements, and a strategy for making Roseville a top tier walking and bicycling friendly community.
