The City of Marina (City) Community Development Department (CDD) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants who have expertise in architectural and structural plans to collaborate with City staff to prepare a series of pre-approved, detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans. The City requests a project and cost proposal from qualified consultants to complete the following scope of work within a three to six (3-6) month timeframe. If interested, please respond with a proposal no later than June 30, 2023, at 5:00 pm PST.
