The City of Laguna Hills invites qualified firms to respond to this Request for Proposal to provide the City with Solid Waste and Recycling Consulting Services. A consulting firm will be selected to enter into a multi-year Professional Services Agreement with a start date of July 1, 2023.

To be considered responsive, proposers must submit a written proposal in accordance with the requirements, specifications, conditions and provisions described in the attached RFP.
