The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all
labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and
installation of the following on Dublin Boulevard between San Ramon Road and City of Dublin City Hall
building: install new 3” conduit, new pull boxes, pull tape, upgrade existing pull boxes, and adjust existing
conduit, as shown on the plans, described in these Special Provisions and other Contract Documents
entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is
hereby made for further particulars.
This Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement approved by the City of Dublin City
Council effective December 7, 2021.
